How do I make the longer???

I'm making a game similar to super mario. I'd like to know how to make the stage bigger instead of being just the screen size.

Sorry, there's no way to do that...

There are workarounds, however. Maybe this project can help you: it's a great tutorial on how to make sprites larger than that:

Or you can use Archmage's Scrolling Engine of Awesomeness to create scrolling levels!
