It's only in about 2 weeks - there should be a forum for it by now!
And of course, I can't wait to go to the one at MIT

Meet - Share - Learn.
P.S.
THIS GUY IS AWESOME (Jay from the Scratch Team!):

EPIC!
But all of this Scratch Day stuff makes me feel bad... I'm a good 900 miles from the nearest one.

Is there one in argentina? If it's only in MIT, I'm a good 3500 miles from the nearest one xD

Same here. Not 900 miles. But still drive across one whole state. I can't attend one.

Meh, I can't go to Scratch Day even though it's near by. I have to go to a birthday party.

Wow. You value birthday parties more than Scratch Day? Birthday parties you have multiple times a year - depending on how many friends you have. Scratch Day? It''s a once in a year opportunity! D:
Also - I see you're unbanned!

I don't really find Scratch THAT important in my life, let alone spending a whole day with new Scratchers in a college.
I mean, no offense to the Scratch Team or newer scratchers-- but my life seems a tad more important and I would like to keep my priorities straight.

The event that's near me is for Scratchers who are just starting off and there is a day-long game making competition.
Eh, no motivation to go.

WRONG!
These are for Scratchers of all levels, to collaborate with others, and talk our experiences with Scratch, while trying out different Scratch accessories (PicoBoard and Lego WeDo), while seeing the awesome Scratch Team People
And there's no real 'game making competition'
There are just lots of fun activities!
These were the ones at the previous Scratch Day @ MIT:

So is there a place to talk about Scratch Day?
Not a separate forum...seems kind of unnecessary at this point
How about if we have something to say, we just post it in All About Scratch?

Hmm, I guess that could work.
