A primitive has failed

After installing scratch successfully,I clicked "Record" button,A dialog with these messages was shown:
Title:       a primitive has failed
Context: SoundRecorder(Object error):
                SoundRecorder(Object)>>primitive failed
                ...
Anyone can give some help?

Are you *absolutely* sure you have a microphone?

If you do, you can try restarting Scratch or your computer - it may just be a bug with your system.
