EDIT: Do you know who's fault this is? Republicans. They wanted off-shore oil drilling. Especially Sarah Palin, who was McCain's Vice-President. This proves democrats right.

It only proves that a certain method of drilling is wrong, and the Republican party did not invent that method...

Actually President Obama just signed a bill allowing for more exploration of offshore drilling on the atlantic coast so your point is slightly misguided.
