On another note, I think it's going to be important for anyone who is chosen to not become tense. We don't want someone to be insecure, just act casual, laid-back, how you normally, don't be that strict "teacher" no one likes wink

EDIT- This is in no way an attempt to discredit or besmirch the other candidates, I would be satisfied with any of them becoming moderators, these people I just see as being the most experienced and responsible.

You seem to be labouring under the assumption that you will be able to vote for 4 people - what if you only get to vote for 1?
