Hmm... there's already a thread about that. And it isn't based on Scratch, it has just the concept from Scratch. And you could ask Jon513 if you can get it.

I have it  smile  It has a nice interface, but is a little confusing when you first get it.

I've had stencyl for like 5 months now. About a month ago it stopped working for me however.

Ya, I have the beta too, got it from Jon when I applied to be a beta tester, on that old thread when he wanted users from Scratch to test it out.

I have it, I plan on making game called neon runner over the summer, all I'll say is it is going to be big, very big, probably will be released on to my newgrounds account and hopefully on to kongregate, I'll probably also post a downloadable version that runs in Java

Stencyl can't make .swfs. What jon @ stencyl mean was he was going to make embed codes like what scratch has.
