animated picture?

I get how to make the little picture for your login, but how do you make it animated? I can't find out.

You need to download an animated gif of the web and then upload it but some animated gif are just to much memory to be a login. You could also make something in flash and export it as an animated gif. My signiture I made in flash. To make your signiture an image you need to host the image online first
