Why not? It's under a Creative Commons license which would let you use it as long as you give credit and don't use the game for commercial purposes.

Yeah, that's the problem. The site I upload to gives a very small amount of money (as in I get around 1 cent a day from the amount of plays I get).

Well, you could either:

1) Upload to Newgrounds and don't earn money
2) Make arrangements with the author of the song.

Search iCompositions, they have some pretty cool tunes, all composed, not officially copyrighted.

Also, while you're at it, have you tried royalty-free tunes?

Urg, I hate that site.

I tried downloading from it, and guess what?

It wasn't really music, just a file that took 10 minutes to download. It was 0 seconds, and didn't play anything.
