my ignored guys still show up
One user I ignored, 10princess10 made a gallery called kidz rock!, some how, it got book marked on my account before I ignored her, but it still says that it's bookmarked and i can still view it.

Well, I don't know (all I know is that their comments are banned) but read the parenthesis.

Apparently ignoring someone has no effect on your gallery list. Why don't you just delete the gallery from your list of bookmarked galleries?
Click on the 'See More' link below Galleries on your My Stuff page and you should be able to see a list of all your gallaries with delete buttons below them.
