Why were in the first image no newest projects?

Probably just a little glitch. It happens all the time, and sometimes the browser screws up loading the page and forgets some parts of it. Or it could have been a little temporary error with the Scratch site. I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't delete my messages, because I see sometimes funny messages and if I delete them, I can't show them to others. And I want a high message count big_smile

Try clearing your browser's cache.
