Question about iTouch apps...
I'm in this band, and I need to shoot a music video! Is there an app that can do special effects? (I don't care if it costs money...)

Yeah, my friend has photobooth, but that i think you can only change backgrounds.

Well, you could use windows movie maker on the computer, which is free. It has some pretty good effects. If that doesn't work, you could use JayCut.
It's an online video editor. That's all I know, because I just searched it on google

My frind and I have macs, so basically...we're stuck. Jaycut sounds good, but I think photobooth will be OK.

Why not just use iMovie? It should come with your Mac. You can do a lot more with it than Photobooth.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
