I wrote a little play. This is the "censored" version, that's slightly rewritten, but now that I read it again the censored one again, I think it's better than the first.
This is about the death of Gaius Julius Caesar, who was assassinated on the fifteenth of March in 44 B.C. Toward the end is a slightly graphic description, but it's not really bad.

On dA, though, the formatting is slightly messed up (see notes), but it's better than posting it directly to Scratch.
Shakespeare's Julius Caesar was a tragedy. This, however, is a comedy.
Enjoy.

Like? My view of "mild swearing" would be censored on the Scratch forum. "Stupid" and "dolt" and "moron," in my view, would not be considered swearing at all. We're all different in some ways, though.

Too short for an actual play.

But funny! (In my opinion, of course)
To cocoanut: I'm guessing that most of the people on the Scratch forums haven't read Julius Caesar, so they probably won't get the jokes...

True... but for most of them, you don't need to actually read the play, you just need to have a little knowledge of ancient Rome. Wikipedia gives you plenty of info on Caesar's assassination, too: http://wikipedia.org/wiki/Assassination … ius_Caesar

Not even Midsummer Night's dream? Or that modern day movie version of Romeo and Juliet as rival mafia families?

She probably means that Caesar still thought they were having a party with their pointy daggers in hand.
Obviously they were gonna kill him!
