I'm new and i don't know everything about Scratch yet. So far i've discovered that variables can be shown/hidden, but i didn't find how to do this with a list. Can anybody help me?

Unfortunately, there is no hide/show block for lists. One way to work around it is to cover it with a sprite that is the same color as the background.
