'Sticky Keys' When downloaded...

Whenever I download a project, like a platformer, I get sticky keys, so if I press up, it doesn't register until, say, a second later...

Help!

Uh...

Windows Vista:
Control Panel->Ease of Access Center->Setp Up Sticky Sticky Keys

Windows XP:
-Press Shift 5 times to turn it on
-Press Shift 5 times to turn it off

Say if you need more help.
