That's a lot of fireworks!

Victory Day, May 9, is a major event in Russia. To celebrate the occasion, there was an epic fireworks presentation in the Moscow center this year.

I found these videos on YouTube. You guys should definitely watch! ^^

Well, don't worry about it, the Zara siggy will be back soon, new and improved! ^^ Meanwhile, just do what the sig tells you to. >.>

I think that if I went out at the right time, even in Switzerland I'd be able to see and hear those. Heck, I bet even Americans can see those! [/exaggeration]

I prefer the architecture to the fireworks.  tongue

I fall: It's a tragedy. You fall: It's comedy.
Hmph enjoy your fall - I get a lovely spring... without pans of new leaves.

Architecture is for tourists. xP

When you live there you get used to the preety buildings. But you don't see fireworks like that every day. O.o

Cheers. ^^

Re: That's a lot of fireworks!

9th May usually means a lot of police on the streets looking for anyone trying to start disturbances.

The fireworks was awesome though but nothing compared to this 2009/2010 new years eve party in Sidney!

Hehe, that must've been an epic party.  big_smile

I don't really like Christmas/New years eve though. I think Victory Day is the only celebrations that is actually exciting and not boring to me. 3:
