Project Organization/Customization Ideas
Since the scratch team is open to many ideas because of the development of Scratch 2.0, I have two simple ideas here to make your profile more customizable and organized.
Idea #1: Click and Drag interface.
When someone comes to your profile, more than likely they look at your top three latest projects, but maybe you want some projects to get more views or comments. (or any other reason) With the click and drag interface, select the option "Customize" and click and drag your projects where you want them to appear on your profile page. Click "save", and you have updated your profile page!

Idea #2: Organization
Like a gallery, a viewer of your profile would be able to sort your projects how they would like to see them. When you view a profile it would first load showing newest projects first, but if you click on a sorting type, the profile will sort project like that.
Sort by: addition date I title I comments I favorites I love its I views I

Both are great ideas! I support them both!
However, regarding the first idea, instead of changing the order of them completely, you could have a personalized "featured" section with just your projects. That way, people still know the order in which projects were shared, and you get to feature whatever projects of yours you like. It also wouldn't interfere with Suggestion #2, which involves reordering them based on views, etc.

Glad you liked the ideas. I re-worded it a little bit, so the first idea does not interfere so much with the second idea. They are both separate ideas, but on the same topic of organization. Yeah I don't mind the idea of featured projects like you mentioned; I just want something to make profiles more customizable and organized.
