What graphics library does scratch use? Qt, wxWidgets, or something else? and what language is it written in?

I think Scratch is written in Squeak, and I don't know the graphics library.
S65 is correct. Scratch is written in Squeak. The graphics were designed by the Scratch team and collaborators.
An expanded version of this answer would be a nice FAQ, which would also give credit to a group of people who have obviously done a lot of work.
