Okay here's my perspective:
Darossi: The Scratch Agents aren't doing what they are supposed to do.
SA: Yes we are. We just need to protect the public from all these awful projects.
Hobbs: That's a load of turd.
SA: No, stop acusing us of stuff. This is turning into a war that we can't win.

Anyways, Scratch Agents is corrupt.

Scratch Agents, you've said youve changed, but provoking something stupid, and ridiculous.
