um... ScriptableScratchMorph hatBlockType:color:
Thanks! I Was Gonna Try To Use This To Make The <receive []> Block, But It Just Makes That Red Outline Appear. (No Error Or Anything!) I Might Succeed Later In Making It Work.

Woo! Finally, After All This Time! Somebody Actually Decides To Make It!
Ok, Well The Code For #E To Function Is...
'E' = t1
ifTrue:
[t3 _ ''.
(t2 _ self ownerThatIsA: ScratchStageMorph) ifNotNil: [t3 _ t2 defaultEventName].
^ EventHatMorph new scriptOwner: self;
eventName: t3].Tell Me If You Make It Work!

Uh, you know that's just for a hat block?

Okay. You have this ALL WRONG. hatBlockType:color: isn't what makes the hat block work. All it does is add the hat block to the block palette. There is a long sequence of commands that make the hat block work.

um... OK then... your point is? Are you talking about evaluation of the hat block? If so, it's just a separate class...
