Ah - oops! That'd be my mistake, DaGamez. :S
Here's the story / explanation, in case you are curious:
I was browsing around Scratch and came upon a project that seemed to have a bunch of mean comments on it - like "Epic fail!", and that sort of thing. Every now and again the front page projects will get some mean comments - mostly from people who are new to the Scratch community, and don't yet realize that we really frown upon that sort of thing (and don't realize that it takes work to make a good Scratch project!). So I very quickly deleted that comment, and sent a notification....
We have to do that sort of thing many times a day, so we need to be fast. In this case I was a little too fast. Following up, I realize that the project had a _character_ who had an epic fail -- so the comment was about the character in the animation, and wasn't really aimed at the project itself. Doh!
So - please disregard that notification, and please accept my apologies for the mistake.

Yep, Lightnin, people say "Epic fail!" a lot to each other, but it's rarely an insult. Usually it's a joke.

That's really hilarious. If I may, it was a little bit of a fail...
funny. really funny. I guess everyone makes mistakes! Moral: Look at "Epic Fail" stuff carefully.
