Scratch Block Award
Hello,
I'll start a contest. About Scratch blocks.
I saw so much contests/awards before 
First time we will suggest blocks. And then we will do nomination.

Is this a contest to see the best new idea for a block?
Is this a contest to see what current block is best?
I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos
