Did you post all of those tags? If you made some tags when uploading to the scratch website from scratch, and then added some tags after the project was uploaded onto the website, it could have counted the added tag(s) as a new tagger, therefore telling you that there is 2 taggers.

Probably because the tagger page is correct, and not the spot where it says how many taggers there were on your project's page. Who knows... It is probably a simple glitch or error.
