Yes. Pokemon have a 1/8192 chance of being shiny. I got this from an egg, with the right nature and everything. The chances of that were unbelievably low. That and it's usefulness are why it's my prize Pokemon. btw, Tangrowths speed is doubled in sunlight so there's no way you can attack before me.
