Can somebody give my game an in-depth review? (Please)

I really invested a lot of my time to create this, but I haven't heard many opinions (besides being graced by Kileymeister's compliment hehe).  So yeah, I got a hater/flamer on it who said, "THIS GAME SUCKS," so I was wondering what people really think of it.

Would you kindly play through my game to the best of your ability and tell me,
Do you like the visuals?
Are the controls too complicated, or are they creative?
Does the gameplay make sense?
Is it boring?

I hope scratch 2.0 really allows games to be played in the browser more like they are in presentation mode!

My other game that works in the browser had a little more success  tongue

This is a beautiful game!  You did put a ton of thought and work into this!  Respect!  I love the fire effect and use of music and sound effects.
At the beginning I was prompted to press the space bar, but it took me a little while to figure out I was supposed to keep pressing it... It could just start and continue automatically I think.
I don't quite have a handle on the ghost controls yet...  but I like it.
The dual controls reminds me a little of LostWinds.
a death animation/music would be nice.
Very nice work!  It's going in my favorites.
