My new idea is that u can times or divide something and the answere will be mutiple decimal etc 5 divided by 480 = 0.020416666666.

I'm not sure, but in my new scrolling method, I divide numbers like 10 by 1,000. I'm pretty sure it goes past one place, but ya, that would be nice, excpscially with variables
