Recently I think people are just too busy to make complex, great projects. I barley have enough time to do Scratch at all! On top of that, there are more user so more projects are being uploaded. Some of the 'good' projects may be overshadowed by the mass quantity of these "more projects".

Yeah, I have been on only for a month and you can see how I have progressed. (my first project was horrible.)
