All for £100. I was forced to because I broke the last Guitar Hero drum kit (FULL FORCE DRUM SOLO YEAH).
The new instruments and game are brilliant, and now I can play "Mr Roboto"!
Anyone else have the game?

Originally, the Guitar Hero series was made by the two companies that own the Guitar Hero series, and Rock Band nowadays.

Rock Band, in my opinion is much worse that the "blahblahblah Hero" series. Except from DJ hero, which is worse than atari ET.

No, RHY, Harmonix is much better than Activision. Rock Band was not meant to be a silly stupid, competitive game, but rather an incredibly fun cooperative, fun, friend-ful game. It did what it wanted. Plus, Rock Band and Rock Band 2 had much (very much) better songs. I could go on, but I'd not.
Of, course, the Wii version was terrible and stripped, but the XBox 360 version was good and complete.

THIS.
I love guitar hero.
I have:
-Guitar Hero 2
-Guitar Hero 3
-Guitar Hero: World Tour (Full Band)
-Guitar Hero 5
-DJ Hero (It's pretty fun in my opinion.)
But yeah, I broke my drum set to xD We sent it to the comany peoples, but they couldn't fix it, so they gave us a free 6 month subscription to Xbox Live.
(^ We're using it next week.
) (We've been saving it since early last year for the Africa Football World Cup Game, which my brother brought yesterday
)

I believe the song choices in Guitar hero are MUCH better, lots of old rock classics. The rock band songs are much less iconic and quite boring to play, and also the timing is loose so you don't have to hit a note quite as sharp, and I like difficulty so that's bad.
And the beatles rock band... Eugh... Played "Yellow Submarine" in school. Never went near it again.

I have it. However, i think that Guitar Hero has gone completely down the drain in every game since GH3. My reasons:
Importability: Rock Band has done it right, making content from previous games importable into newer games and vice versa. Guitar Hero should've done this, but they didn't, and they're paying for it in the long term because RB is outselling GH.
Songs: Whilst this is highly opinionated, I think that every GH game past GH3 has failed at the songlist. Both RB games have more diverse songlists which whilst may not cater to your exact music tastes, appeal to more people all round.
Difficulty: Yes, GH beats RB at this one, but only due to the inclusion of Dragonforce, The Devil Went Down To Georgia and Jordan. However, both series include songs which are un-FCable except for the few elite players (If you want to prove me wrong, try "Constant Motion" or "Thrasher" on Guitar, or "What A Horrible Night To Have A Curse" by on Drums).

I've got Band Hero.
Implementing tapped notes was a bad idea.

I was going to get Band Hero, but then I got interested in DJ Hero, and then my dad wanted to buy Rock Band, but we ended up not buying any of those three. D:
I've played DJ Hero and its awesome.
