Delete or fix the "Newest forum user" link

It doesn't work. If you press the link, it takes you to a blank page. It should either be fixed or deleted because it's just a waste of space.  neutral

I'm graduating HS this April and going to college in the Fall.

I didn't even notice that until just now!

But yeah, it should be fixed to redirect to the user's profile.
