*NEW* ScratchFrame Tutorial 3 - TAG (you're it!)
Hi! Wolfie1996 here (well, it says on the left 
)
As the title says I have a *NEW* tutorial out - this one allows you to change the default tags 
As usual, British accent, UK spellings, etc... And a lot of humour (oh look, a UK spelling!)...
