i dont really get what a suprise project is all of them look ordinary can someone help please??

Thanks for responding, Aerith, yes, it's a randomly selected project. It's a way to rotate what is on the homepage.

We used the word "surprise" so that it wouldn't sound like the project used a "random" block or that the project's idea was "random." But it's true that the word "surprise" isn't obvious as to its meaning.

It is like the "surprise" button in Scratch that picks a random costume for a new sprite (the icon of a box with a question mark above it).

Why not "Randomly selected projects"? That is descriptive without being too long.

I know it's not too important, but flagged and removed projects shouldn't be selected as Surprise Projects.
