No, it would then be determined by how many people spam, who is on, and a few other factors that make it un fair, because say a lot of spammers join but are banned in an hour, then who ever was on would of found a lot of spam. It's not like all the spam is hidden on page 7 of Show & Tell or something.

Exactly. (Practically) none. Although you might be active - you have to prove that you'll be active for a long time - ex. a year.

That doesn't matter - it's still A COUPLE OF DAYS.
It can happen often that one gets interested in some hobby, but loses it soon after. And as you know, all of the mods that were mods, were very active for a very long time before they became a mod, and stuff.
I'm not saying you can't be a mod - I'm just saying you need to wait.
