What is with all the threads about popularity? And yes, it really relies on luck. Posting links to your projects (in your own thread) is a great way to get your projects viewed by people, and if a Scratch team member sees it, they might just feature it!
Also, being an active member always helps!

I think planetX said something like this, if you don't view other peoples work how will you get noticed if everybody follows what your doing, you really have to follow mottos related to that it's kind of a rule for life

I agree with coolstuff if you think scratch is all about getting famous than get out this stupidity.I also agreeCFCRubiks try making good projects and I agree with arcamage you should have little luck to get your project featured.
