... To have the ability to make a small Scratch project/banner and embed it in your forums signature! You could put mini-animations, etc.
This would tie-in with my idea for Scratchers to be able to choose Stage size...
Think it's possible...? I would really like it! You could put a little game in it, and if you won,... You'd be linked to the full version or something! Mini-OSs would be cool to program.
Because of music problems (You know, projects playing on top of each other), you could have a 5Mb limit on these. When you click upload in Scratch, it uploads it to your siggy area. Than you could just embed it!
To use one, you click it, and then the game/animation/advertisement starts. So instead of a green flag, it's 'When project clicked'. And it would work in Flash... You see those websites that load in milliseconds but have a TON of Flash advertisements... Or is it just my imagination...
So, is it possible? Discuss!

It is possible if the make the animations yourself outside of Scratch then host it then put it in your signature
But with Scratch, no

I think it would be a great idea, if it weren't for the fact that the Scratch applet takes forever to load. One one page of the forums, we might have about 10 of these, which would be about 1/10th the loading speed of a Scratch project. I really like the idea, though. Maybe when Scratch 2.0 comes out, it'll be a whole lot faster online!

A solution to the whole "embedded projects load at the same time" problem would be adding a play button to embedded projects. And being able to stop a project from loading.

That would work.
Well then, I fully support this idea, even if the chances are slim! It would be great for promoting your projects, having little minigames, and just if you're bored.
