Hi People! I'm Daemonwriter. I'm pretty new to the scratch website, so i figured I might as well say hi! I've made some games if you want to check them out. My best one is the Star Trek battle simulator, but My Commandocoptor gallery is pretty cool too.

Hey, welcome to Scratch!  If you want to make a sprite jump, the simplest way to do it would be to do something like:
<if><key[  up arrow ]pressed?><repeat( 10 <change y by( 4 then <repeat until><touching color[ Ground color <change y by( -4 <if><key[Right arrow  ]pressed?><change x by( 4<if><key[left arrow  ]pressed?><change x by( -4

It might have been better if you'd have used a picture froms scratch. There is a feature which allows you to save a picture of the scripts by right clicking and selecting save picture of scripts. Then upload it to a picture hosting website and use the [img] tags  to link it.
