If you enter my AC:CF town of Kathleen, you must obey the rules of the town, if you don't the first time, I will scold you by saying something dirty, the second time, you will have to pay 500 bells, if you refuse to do so, you will be scolded again, this time saying something dirtier, the third time, you will banned from town for 48 hours, the forth time, you will be banned from town forever.
