Will scratch work on a 2.5 GB Windows 98 with an 800x600 screen?

I have a really old computer which I don't really use. I was thinking that if the other computer in the household is taken, I could use Scratch with my windows 98 and work on my projects, burn them to a disk, work on them somewhere else, burn them again, and just keep on doing this. It'd also be kinda neat to be able to actually use this computer.

So, I was wondering if Scratch would work without completely screwing the not-so-screwed up 10-year-old computer. The screen resolution is 800x600 and the remaining memory is about 2.5GB out of 4GB (this computer is really old!). Would it be compatible?

No, scratch will not work on a 800x600 resolution  sad

Maybe you can set it higher?

You should be able to use Chirp (which will help you somewhat with the low resolution by scrolling the IDE), Scratch works fine with Win98, and neither the memory nor the processor speed should be a major problem.
