Scratch animation/ manager

While I was working on a metal slug game, I realized that it would be helpful if you could store caches of animations, in a series of folders on the costumes section. So you could have a cache for a walking animation, ducking, ext, ect. This would mostly suit games, and sprite movies, but can be used to organize sprites, without having to scroll all the way down to a costume.


I did it for the Lolz
