Hibachi?

there is some program that lets you mesh with people who are not connected to your network it starts with an H what is it called again? Something like hibachi?

Yep,it's called Hibachi.It's a free networking program that lets you make a secure network that creates a fake IP every use,so there's no threat of hacking.
