So Cartman was told that his mother was a hermaphrodite (both mother and father, won't go into details). But actually his real father is Jack Tenorman, of the Denver Broncos. So he is Scott Tenorman's half-brother, which makes him a quarter-ginger.
In short, Cartman chopped up his father and served to his stepbrother in a bow of chili.
They didn't reveal it earlier because the Broncos were having a really good season.
