simple shortcut

Here's a simple shortcut around a common (for me) problem.
Don't you hate it when you lose the page you were on? Then you've probably discovered the "open link in new tab" feature. well, I've discovered a quicker way to do this.
If you have a mac (or at least a mac mouse, I haven't used macs with windows mice before) go away. this command will take you  to the dashboard. just hover over a link, and middle-click it (scroll wheel). But wait! You're using a laptop! The solution is simple. just left and right-click. the same thing happens! I also middle click for scrolling down pages faster. Middle-click (or laptop keystroke above) and move the mouse in the direction you want to scroll. Most of you probably have used the second one, but maybe not the first.

for macs?
oh, ctl.-click for windows too. middle-clicking is easier though.
