After some time persuading my parents and endless hours of work, I finally earned a tablet! My Dad will get it some time next week.
Expect animations(yes I can do that too Tonkie), me opening a dA account, better art in my games, and cutscenes in games too.
But I won't make single projects about pieces of art. That's the work of the devil.

Tablets are only really worth it if you can draw. I may get one if I can learn to draw decently first. I find that youtube tutorials are pretty good.

Are you saying that I can't draw?

I can't tell if you can, you don't really have any art projects.

Because I don't support art projects.

THE SCONE IS A LIEEEEEEE.
I'm still a better artist
And I can animate.....just it's hard without those onion skins. My stupid dA isn't working, and my tablet is messed up.
Yeah. And I don't get stuff "because I want it." I waited forever for my tablet. Plus, my scanner is down and my mom's camera(I don't really have one) is cheap.
Life sucks.

I don't see the big fuss about tablets. I just draw with pencil and paper, scan, and ink, and color.
I start by lightly sketching my drawing. When satisfied, I darken and thicken the lines. I then scan it into the computer, and fill the outlines with black in paint.NET, allowing for a very prominent outline. Then, I simply fill the spaces I need with color with the fill tool.
I only use my tablet for the very fine details that are required.

What if you don't have a scanner?

Digital camera, perhaps?
Sometimes a digital camera can produce the same or better quality image than a scanner when used in the right way. The same steps can then be followed by outlining the image and then using the fill tool.

My tablet pen broke. I prefer mouse drawing anyway.
