Inspired by other threads of similar nature, I have decided to make an organized Hall of Fame for Scratch.

This will be both a user and project based Hall of Fame.

Voting begins May 5th.

Projects:
To propose a project post it's category and a link.
Each project must be nominated twice before it is an eligible project.
Once voting begins, you may choose 3 projects from every category to vote for (note you may nominate as many things as you want!).
The top five projects (that have at least 5 votes) from each category enter the Hall of Fame. You may not nominate/vote for your own projects.

If a project doesn't fit into a category tell me what category you think it would go in if it existed, and I might create a new category.

Users:
Users function the same exact way as projects, except there are no categories and it requires a minimum of 7 votes to enter the Hall of Fame (not 5).

Hall of Fame votes will be taken every 3 months. After the first vote, if you see a project/user in the Hall of Fame that you don't think deserves it. You may nominate them for removal. To do this they need to be nominated for removal by 2 people, and when voting begins, they must receive 7 votes supporting their deletion.
