Saving on scratch

Some games make you have to download the game, where the green flag will start up the game, but not restart. The new way, with scratch 1.4, is to use codes. Codes are basically everything in your game-progress, level, money, ect.-put into one variable using numbers to represent your spot. If the game tells you the code, you write it down on a peice of paper, restart the page or go somewhere else, even shut the computer down, come back, and write the code into an "ask ....... and wait" block, you could save the game, and, you could have as many save files as room on your peice of paper! Chech out awesome12's project on saving if you still don't get it or want to try it.
