For all of the community to know...
Me, a Panther developer, has been hard at work developing Panther, a Scratch mod. A few weeks ago, one of our members, johnnydean1, joined the team. We fired him about a week later. He has stolen lots of features, and has distributed them as his own, he is also broken into the Panther developer account on Weebly. Before using his Claw works, think twice.

I think that the entire community should work to make the best Scratch mods possible. Taking blocks from one to the other is a perfectly fine thing to do. You should be happy that someone liked your blocks enough to use them in a mod.

we at Panther are trying to develop a mod that fulfills as many of the things people are clamouring for as possible. It's not released, so how do you think we feel that someone has gone ahead and released some of the code that we worked hard to produce, without giving us credit, before we had a chance to do it ourselves and is getting attention from our work? I'm all for open-source, but one of the conditions of open-source IS CREDIT! Another is decency, followed by a strong helping of respect for people and their work.
