when you feel something is inappropriate and shouldn't be seen by other people(rude offensive or goes against scratch rules) (not just you don't like the creater or you feel the project is rubbish)

this may have little mistakes but it is the basic idea of flagging

As Cruelty stated, you Flag a project when you feel it is innapropriate. Sometimes, moderate blood is ok IF the creator gives a warning. However, Sexual content and drug reference are a definite NOGO.
