My second request: A Diagla with Lapras fins and a Mewtwo tail? Oh, and it's white-ish, because it's Palkum's opposite, Diaglum.

I used PE2K up to a point,  then used Psypokes, then abandoned that used Dragonflycave. Why? They all gave me sprites with black backgrounds so when I used white it got rid of some of their outlining.

So  now i use a sheet i copied off the internet.
