That depends on how large the project is and your internet connection.
Do you have a problem with uploading small projects- with few or no graphics or sounds?
There is a limit of 10mb for projects.
This can test the speed of your internet connection.
http://www.speedtest.net/ Click the yellow pyramid to start.
See what your upload speed is. Mine is 430kb a second.
If this number is low, like 50kb a second, uploading projects will take a long time.
