I can't find any good books -_- The only good one I've read recently is Dragons of the Autumn Twilight. The Dragon Lance chronicles are really good though
I can't find the 2nd book though -_- And when I do find it, I don't have the money to buy it, and when I have the money, somebody already bought it DX Why do I fail so much?

I just finished Winter's Heart by Robert Jordan.
It is my favorite in the series so far (barely beating out Fires of Heaven).
It was amazing

Anyone read either of these before?I've heard of both of them, but I haven't read either. I plan to read Slaughterhouse-5 soon.
Slaughterhouse-5 is an easy book so expect it too take you a day or two. 1984 on the other hand is a little bit more complicated. But, those are nothing in compared to Sirens of Titan by Kurt Vonnegut.

I've read 1984. It was good. I liked it a lot better than Animal Farm.

1984 was so depressing when I read it...
But Animal Farm is nice because it's silly and still gets the point across.

Why have I not been here before?
To Kill a Mockingbird - Harper Lee
Life of Pi - Yann Martel
2001: A Space Odyssey - Arthur C. Clarke
Freakonomics - Steven What's-his-name and Stephen What's-his-name
Wicked - Gregory Maguire
And oh so many more.

They are both depressing (in my opinion.) And I really don't think Animal Farm was silly, but maybe I'm missing something... I thought it was kind of creepy actually

Wow, very tough question. Some of my favorites are the Eragon series, the Percy Jackson series, the Kingdom Keepers series, and the sports mysteries by John Feinstein, like Last Shot, Vanishing Act, and Cover Up.

I had to read Animal Farm for school summer reading. It wasn't silly to me, but it really did get the point across, and I actually kind of liked it.

I have read Alcatraz versus the Evil Librarians because it was a nominee for the Pennsylvania Young Readers' Choice Award. I'm planning to read Alcatraz versus the Scrivener's Bones soon.

Out of your list, I read Harry Potter, Warriors, the Eragon series, the Percy Jackson series, and the Hunger Games. I also read part of The Fire Within, but I didn't finish it because it seemed to go on a lot more about squirrels than dragons.

I read The Fire Within and thought it was really boring, but when I'd bought it, I'd also bought the sequel, Icefire. I don't like wasting books, so I read Icefire and it was sooo much better than The Fire Within.

That's what I thought when I read it, too! I read the entire Percy Jackson series, and I think it's equal to Harry Potter!
