Make sense... you'd have to edit the setup screen part aswell.

Like this:

Just a very quick edit.

I don't think you would have to do that. I think all you need to do is add categories to the list, like this:

Good, but that might be a bit confusing to newer users of the concept, I think it shold be stuck to the traditional method.

Multi-dimensional arrays are advanced. And people can be new advanced users, can't they?

Re: Panther development thread

nXIII should resurface soon, so here's a nifty recap of what's going on.

• no one knows the password for Panther1.2 experimental file.
• Panther site mysteriously had a password change, now set back by me.
• I mentioned that I suggested a reporter for the frame-rate (something you agreed to but proably forgot about.)
• seals images to go next to projects and author images to indicate their safety, from green (tested and safe or an author with all green projects) to yellow, orange and red (very unsafe or an author who has released unsafe things in the past), brown is the Seal of shame and blue is a moderator/trusted user. with possibility for a rainbow seal for featured projects or helpful, devoted users. A purple seal is a newbie who has less than 10 projects or has been on Panther for less than 2 weeks (whichever sooner)
•talked about joystick, gamepad functionality being used in Panther, as well as multidimensional lists (rows and columns)
•Sparks writes this post.
•You read this post.

Nice summary. Also, to add: I am currently looking to all parts of point 5 to see if they are possible and if soo, to add them. Another add: I am also looking into adding a .sb to .exe converter into Panther, like in BYOB.

Personally, with the seals, brown is pointless, all of it is covered by red.

Gosh! purple writing again. *falls down dead*

Re: Panther development thread

The END! Two PAGES, I tell you....
I GTG, be back on Sunday evening
Yes I changed the password because too many people know it (I'm not positive, but....)
Bye all!
I will incorporate suggestions in the 1.2 experimental when I get back.
Keep working on the seal things, I'll put it in PHP when I start project sharing on PantherOnline, and when you guys have formed a solid idea of what it should be like.

Re: Panther development thread

urgh, It might have been nXIII, but he's given no indication as to what the new word is

I can reset the password, but I'd rather work out what it is.
