Is this the new YouTube/MySpace/Facebook/Flickr?
Hi, I just came across this site, I have no idea how I did, but im glad im here. Anyway, do you guys think this will rise up to fame just as YouTube, etc.. did? I mean, as far as I recall, Facebook had less than 100k members 2 years ago.
Anyway, great site, and im currently downloading scratch to play around with it.

Hi Spazo9. Why do you think it will become famous? I am really curious to know what you think.
I actually think that our goal is not so much to be famous but to be a useful community of learners. This is an educational project not a commercial endeavor.
By the way, I love your signature bar with the cat and the "Scratch programmer" text :-)

hmmm... i think it will become famouse, but i dont really want it to... i want it to be famouse but that would mean even more projects, your project would be gone from the first page of projects in seconds, even slower server, i already get a whole bunch of gallery requests, more fame more requests, more having to go to gallery to join if i want, more having to go to someone's page and befriend them.but i do want scratch to be famouse...

So was youtube and myspace and facebook. I didn't even know face book existed 2 months ago and now all of my friends have one. (I don't)

I have a youtube account. I don't have any videos though. I just made it for fun... Why? Want me to post a project on it? Give me an animation and I'll try it

This seems to becoming the next MySpace, Facebook, etc, but more educational. A simple project becoming an internet hit, I mean, 3 months ago (I think I found it), it was already in a Popular Science magazine, and now it's even mor epopular
